It's a 240x64 Character Blue Backlight LCD Display Module with RA6963 controller. The display size is a 240x64 with very clear and high contrast white text on a blue backlight. It is ideal for Arduino-based projects. This LCD Display with blue backlight is very simple to interface with Arduino or other microcontrollers. The values displayed on the display can be simple text or numerical values read by the sensors, such as temperature or pressure, or even the number of cycles that the Arduino is performing. The RA6963 is a dot matrix LCD Controller, that is fully compatible with T6963C. It supports various LCD Driver for standard or custom-made LCD module. The RA6963 has a in-built 256-word CG(Character Generator) ROM that is compatible with ASCII, Japanese or numeric display in text mode.
