Description

 Its 900mA 600V Relay IC AQH2223 DIP-8 at solid state relay IC Ideal for AC control. It is C­UL ( UL1577 ) and  VDE ( EN62368­1 ) reinforced insulation certified  hence provide higher safety standards. Its is an industrial IC which can provide two level ero crossing type and random type. When using a low voltage circuit to turn on and off a light bulb attached to a 220V mains supply, we will use a relay driver IC, which is an electro-magnetic switch.
