Description

A7 diode is a fast switching diode which has very high conductance. It is surface mount package ideally suited for automatic insertion. Its reverse voltage is 75v. Forward current is 200mA. Its peak forward surge current is 500mA. Its power dissipation is 225mW. Its junction temperature is 150 degree celcius. Its thermal resistance junction is 556 degree celcius per watt. It is used in many purposes like low profile package, automotive grade diode, for surface mounted applications and ideal for automated placement.
