1N5822 HB Schottky Rectifier Diode

Description

The 1N5399 diode is a low-cost general-purpose diode used in circuit protection and voltage converters. The 1N5399 diode has a high continuous reverse voltage rating of 1000V and can handle forward currents of up to 1.5A. The diode has a low forward voltage loss of 1.0V. The main use for the 1N5822 Schottky diode is in low-voltage power systems, where the design requires a low applied voltage to pass modest forward currents through the component. Due of its low forward current, the 1N5822 can be used as a discrete component in bridge rectifier. It is frequently used in high-frequency applications such as inverters and DC-DC converters.
